Gosling’s Black Seal is a rum with an unmistakable character. The nose is explosive, dominated by aromas of stewed molasses, dark caramel, vanilla, and toasted spices. On the palate, it is dense and enveloping, with a balanced sweetness that evolves into notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate. The finish is long, warm, and pleasantly smoky.
