Deep ruby red. Intense notes of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, toasted wood, and underbrush. Harmonious tannic structure with refinement and persistence. The wine is already enjoyable in its youth but has the potential to evolve further with additional bottle aging. The grapes are harvested between early September and early October. Fermentation and maceration occur in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 15–20 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for approximately 18 months in new French oak barriques, followed by an additional 10 months of bottle aging.
