Bright golden yellow with a fine and persistent mousse. Complex aromas of ripe stone fruits, candied citrus, brioche, and dried fruits such as walnuts and almonds, with floral and saline undertones. Soft and enveloping with elegant mineral freshness that lingers in the long finish. The structure is full and vinous, supported by lively acidity and fine bubbles. 61% Pinot Noir, 39% Chardonnay Sourced from 19 selected villages, this vintage differs from the traditional 70/30 Bollinger blend, delivering greater tension and linearity.
