Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut
The Maison's cornerstone. A Blanc de Noirs 'disguised' as a blend, where fruitiness and toasted notes dominate the olfactory profile. On the palate, it is powerful, balanced, and highly persistent, with a tactile creaminess that makes it one of the most gastronomic Champagnes on the market.
Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut
The Special Cuvée is the symbol of Bollinger's identity: a Champagne that does not seek lightness, but depth and structure. Its strength lies in the blending, where over 85% of the grapes come from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, and the reserve wines (aged in magnums under cork for years) make up a fundamental part of the blend. On the nose, it is unmistakable: notes of quince, ripe peach, and sweet spices intertwine with hints of baked goods, fresh walnut, and a light toastiness. On the palate, it is broad and fleshy, almost chewable; the fermentation in wood of some of the musts lends a velvety texture, balanced by a chalky freshness that gives lift to the savory and persistent finish.
