Depth and terroir. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 24 months in large oak casks, the 2019 Carnevale explodes with notes of myrtle, ripe plum, black pepper, and liquorice. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with dense yet time-smoothed tannins.
