In this version, the power of the Roccamonfina volcano is expressed through impressive softness and extractive richness. On the nose, it is a concert of rare elegance: clear notes of blackberry jam, sour cherry, and carob blend with deep hints of dark chocolate, coffee grounds, graphite, and a mineral trail reminiscent of volcanic ash and incense.
