In der Eben Sankt Anna 2020
A monumental white wine for charisma and expressive purity. The olfactory profile alternates between yellow fruits and notes of medicinal herbs and extremely refined minerals. On the palate, it is dense, savory, and characterized by a masterful balance between the drive of the Riesling and the strength of the maceration. A stylish expression that celebrates the most authentic biodynamics of Alto Adige.
In der Eben Sankt Anna 2020
The 2020 "Sankt Anna" from the In der Eben estate is a pure and ancestral expression of a unique territory located at the entrance of the Val d'Isarco. Urban Plattner transforms this blend (mainly Riesling and other white varieties) into a monumental work of character and tension. The 2020 vintage yielded grapes of extraordinary health, allowing uncompromising vinification, with long skin contact that extracts the soul of the red and porphyry soil. On the nose, it is a concert of rare elegance: clear notes of ripe apricot, hay flowers, and larch resin merge with deep aromas of dried chamomile, candied ginger, and a mineral streak reminiscent of scorched rock and rust. On the palate, it is sumptuous and tactile; the entry is broad, dominated by an almost tannic texture that unfolds into a savory, endless finish with interminable aromatic persistence, characterized by a vibrant, aristocratic freshness.
