Kalimera is sourced from a single vineyard in the municipality of Serrara Fontana, at approximately 450 meters above sea level. Here, Pasquale Cenatiempo cultivates Biancolella using biodynamic principles on soils of volcanic lapilli and sand. The 2022 vintage displays sunny ripeness: the nose is intense, featuring yellow peach, broom flowers, aromatic herbs (thyme and rosemary), and a distinct briny, iodized sensation. On the palate, it is enveloping yet balanced by citrusy freshness and a signature saline trail, closing with a long finish reminiscent of bitter almonds.
