Color: Intense golden yellow with bright reflections. Aroma: Complex aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus, and spicy notes. Taste: On the palate, the wine is round, intense, and velvety, with soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and persistence. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel, terracotta amphorae, and French oak barrels. The aging takes place on fine lees with bâtonnage until the summer of the following year, without malolactic fermentation, to preserve the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the Viognier. Grape variety: 100% Viognier.
