It is born from a selection of the best clusters, riper and healthier, which are fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with a 30-day maceration on the skins. The wine matures for 24 months in new French oak barriques from Alier, Nevers, and Trancais. The color is dark ruby red, and the bouquet expresses complex aromas, ranging from ripe red fruit, blackberries, black currants, cherry plums, soft spicy hints, toasted nuances, bitter cocoa, blond tobacco, and hints of roasting. On the palate, it is rich, structured, with a dense and evolved tannic texture, a deep sip that accompanies a harmonious and very persistent finish.
