Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.Aroma: Fresh and complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as green apple and peach, accompanied by floral notes of white flowers and a hint of aromatic herbs. Taste: On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good structure and a persistent finish recalling mineral hints and a slight almond aftertaste. Production techniques: The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by aging on the lees for about 4 months, which adds complexity and structure to the wine.The Monteoro 2024 represents an excellent expression of Vermentino di Gallura, combining tradition and innovation to offer a unique sensory experience.
