What are the requirements to become a partner?
Qualified partners include 5* hotel concierge, property managers with luxury portfolios, certified yacht brokers and event agencies with at least 2 years experience in the sector. We require verifiable references and agreed minimum annual volume.
How does monthly invoicing work?
All orders for the month are consolidated in a single invoice issued at the beginning of the following month, with 30 or 60 day payment terms according to agreement. Partners with positive history can request dedicated credit line.
Can I request white-label service?
Yes. For premium partners we offer invisible coordination: neutral packaging, direct communications with end clients without Yacht Cellar mention, and invoicing addressed to your company upon request.
What discounts are applicable?
Discounts range from 10% to 25% on base pricing, based on agreed annual volume and partnership type. For annual contracts with volume commitment we offer further customized terms.
How does the commission system work for concierge?
Concierge and agencies receive percentage commission on each generated order (8-15% according to agreement). Dedicated tracking with partner code, automatic monthly reports and commission payment within 15 days from end of month.
