Choose from the online shop or send your list via WhatsApp. We handle "off-market" requests (fresh fish, caviar, cigars) in real-time.

Logistics
We prepare the order in our Positano warehouse. Everything travels temperature-controlled in professional thermal boxes.

Delivery
We arrive with our tender in roadstead or by van to the villa. Delivery to the deck or galley. POS payment upon delivery.

Where We Operate
We operate by sea (with private tender fleet) and by land (with refrigerated vans). We cover roadsteads and villas in Positano, Capri, Amalfi, Nerano, Sorrento, and the Gulf of Naples.

How far in advance should I order provisioning?
For "essentials" (wines, soft drinks) we guarantee rapid delivery even same-day. For fresh food (fish, fine meat) or large charter quantities, we require 24 hours notice.
How does payment work?
We accept credit cards (mobile POS upon delivery), instant transfers, cash (within legal limits), and secure payment links. A deposit is required for large events.
Do you deliver in roadstead if the sea is rough?
Safety comes first. Our tenders are equipped for all conditions, but in adverse weather, we will coordinate with the Captain for an alternative delivery point at the nearest sheltered port or dock.
Do you also provide ice?
Yes, it's one of our best-sellers. We deliver certified food-grade ice (cubes and crushed) in thermal bags, preserving quality until arrival onboard or at the villa.
Is there a minimum order?
For deliveries in roadstead or villa, the minimum order is €150. Below this threshold, a variable delivery fee based on the zone may apply.
